Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. General Terms

♡ I have the right to decline any commission request.
♡ Certain pieces will have a fixed price made by myself, but commission prices will be determined upon order form completion and discussion.
♡ Keep in mind each piece may have a slightly different appearance compared to the example photos in my gallery. Each piece is handmade with love!

II. Payment

♡ All commissions must be paid in full upon confirmation.
♡ Payment will be accepted through PayPal in USD.

III. Process

♡ Commissions will be worked on once payment is received (and started depending on the queue of commissions).
♡ I will send a WIP only if the commissioner personally requests for one.
♡ If I have any concerns or questions about the commission piece at all, I may send the commissioner a WIP.
♡ The completion time for each piece may take from 2-3 weeks. This may change depending on the time I need to get materials, status of my health, order of commission, complexity of the piece, etc. You will be notified if any of these occur.
♡ Before shipping your items, a photo of the product will be sent to you through Discord or Email.

IV. Rights

♡ I have the rights to use any of the pieces to promote my craft on social media/streams on Twitch for promotional/example purposes.
♡ Working on commissions may be streamed on Twitch with the client's permission.
♡ The commissioner is permitted to use their piece for personal use only.

V. Canceling/Refund Policy

♡ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
♡ If I have not started on your commission yet, you may receive a full refund.
♡ Once I have started the crochet process on the commissioned piece and the commissioner wishes to cancel, they may receive a 50% refund.

Breaking any part of the Terms of Service will remove any rights you had for the commissioned piece, and gives me the right to sell pieces to other clients.
